Nach der sensationellen ErÃffnung sind die Erwartungen hoch. Der neue Underground "place to be" in Berlin prÃsentiert seinen nÃchsten Event. Battles! Noch anspruchsvoller, lauter und wilder als der letzte.

Raum:One / STEP, ein Virtuose an der machinedrum, wird mit einem furiosen Soloset um 21.00 den Programm des Abends erÃffnen. Danach wird das Klassikensemble um die Fagottistin Heidi Mockert zu hÃren sein wÃhrenddessen ein Koch die Geschmacksnerven mit maritimen KÃstlichkeiten verzaubert. Das Noise/Experimantal Duo "Stupidity" lÃdt mit wilden Elektroniksounds und Videoprojektionen auf eine atemberaubende Reise durch Raum und Zeit ein. AnschlieÃend prÃsentieren Andre Vida, bekannt als "THE Instrument" und der griechische Ausnahmeschlagzeuger Yorgos Dimitriadis eine Darbietung zwischen Jazz, Improvisierter Musik und hemmungsloser Performance. DJ Chroococcidiopsis wird mit Underground HipHop, Broken Beats und Electro anschlieÃend den Tanzabend erÃffnen, wÃhrend das TigerHifi Soundsystem in der Vollkontakt:Bar dazu mit Funk/Soul und Swing einlÃdt, sich hemmungslos zu betrinken. Raum:Two / WÃhrend all dies geschieht, wird in Raum zwei ein elektroakustisches Ensemble ein Programm zwischen komponierter und improvisierter Musik darbieten. KlÃnge der schottischen Komponistin Alwynne Pritchard, unterstÃtzt vom US-amerikanischen FlÃtisten Jeremy Woodruff werden von der Computermusikerin Paula Matthusen aufgenommen, live bearbeitet und wieder mit den instrumentalen Sounds gemischt. Die Zusammenarbeit mit der argentinischen VideokÃnstlerin Milena Pafundi garantiert ein ebenso auÃergewÃhnliches wie anspruchsvolles audiovisuelles Programm. Free entry

Following the sensational opening party of Vollkontakt, expectations are high. Berlin's new underground "place to be " announces its next event. Battles! Even more ambitious, louder and wilder than the last.

Room:One / STEP, a virtuoso on the machinedrum, will start off the the evening's program at 9 p.m. with a thunderous solo set. Following, Bassonist Heidi Mockert and her classical ensemble will delight with their sound while our chef serves up enchanting tastes from the sea. The Noise/Experimental duo "stupidity" takes you on a fascinating tour through space and time with its untamed electronic sounds and video projections. Afterwards Andre Vida, known as "THE Instrument" und the exceptional Greek drummer Yorgos Dimitriadis offer up a sensational show of jazz, improvised music and uninhibited performance. DJ Chroococcidiopsis then opens up the dance floor with Underground HipHop, Broken Beats und Electro while the Funk/Soul and Swing from the bar's TigerHifi sound system is an invitation to get unabashedly drunk. Room:Two / Meanwhile, room two offers up an electroacoustic ensemble with both composed and improvised music. Sounds by the Scottish composer Alwynne Pritchard are supported by the American flutist Jeremy Woodruff, recorded by the computer musician Paula Matthusun, edited live, and streamed back in with the instrumental sounds. The collaboration with the Argentine video artist Milena Pafundi also guarantees for an extraordinary audiovisual program. Free entry
