<nettime-ann> festival Happy New Ears

I like to announce the program of the new music and new media festival in Belgium HAPPY NEW EARS (Kortrijk), running from 14 till 30 septembre. We also present this year a exhibition on sound and visual art called 'Sound of Music', and there's a publication on sound art.
