This Tuesday in Strasbourg, five recently elected Members of the 
European Parliament will launch their own new internet site, 
OpenUpEurope.com. The new site will, for the first time, publish all 
internal discussion documents of the European Parliament as they 
become available to MEPs.  

NGOs as well as individuals will finally have access to information 
that used to be available only to parliamentarians and well-
connected lobbyists. NGOs have already reacted  
enthusiastically.
