Representatives from RTMark deliver the keynote address. Other invited speakers include: - Benjamin Weil - SFMOMA - Josephine Berry of Mute Magazine - Cutting Edge: The Women's Research Group - John Tomlinson, Nottingham Trent University - Jon Thomson and Alison Craighead, artists - James Wallbank from Redundant Technology Initiative. This day asks whether net artists’ opposition to capitalism is plausible or desirable in the current economic condition. A fresh and interdisciplinary approach is taken to this visual politics debate as economists, geographers, and writers add their views.
