For the space of Piwnice, Miros³aw Kulla has prepared the project of the gallery built over with wooden stairs based on his photographic research studies of 'Potemkin's stairs' conducted in Odessa in 2000. The photographs of the real, historic site are set against a personal construction to which you can either get going down the stairs (Piwnice! - I mean cellars) or going up (after all these are stairs), or on which you can sit down (as it often happens on stairs). !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WALDEMAR PRANCKIEWICZ
