More information on the development of the premilinary injunction hearing
in Boston, NuSphere ./. MySQL.

It appears Judge Patti Saris will grant a preliminary injunction on the
trademark issue, but will not deal with the alleged GNU GPL breach at this
time.

In my opinion, it is probable at this stage that the parties will try to
reach a settlement.
