ComScore Media Metrix ranks Monster as the top job site, followed by HotJobs and CareerBuilder. Monster, living up to its name, led the pack in December 2002 with three times as many visitors as second place Hot Jobs. Monster had over 11 million unique visitors, while HotJobs had 3.6 million visitors and CareerBuilder had 3.2 million. Monster also leads the list of sites with the most resumes posted - 16 million.
