Quack-Project asks the question "do ducks quack in the same way
all over the world?" It features the voices of Nursery children
from over 20 London Primary schools, making animal noises in a
range of languages which reflect London's diversity. It also
features electro-acoustic music by modern composers Karlheinz
Stockhausen and John Levack Drever. Coordinated by Victoria de
Rijke from Middlesex University and Kahve-Society, the Quack
software was authored by Adrian Ward at Signwave.

The CD-Rom is available for Macintosh OS 8.5 or higher
(including X under Classic), and Windows 95/98/NT/2K/XP.
Requires Windows Media Player 7 or QuickTime 4.


Quack-Project is published by Kahve-Society.
