Story streams Streaming Cinema 3.0, Philadelphia http://www.streamingcine.com/ The real-time creation of an online film by different filmmakers in 4 cities around the world. Working within a common narrative, filmmakers in Paris, Philadelphia, Montreal and Mexico City will each develop their own version of a short film. During the webcast the filmmakers will upload their footage to the filmmaker in Philadelphia, who will weave together the footage in real time to create one, unified story. The mixing will be webcast live, so online audiences can watch the film being created. The finished film will reside online at The Bit Screen <http://www.thebitscreen.com/>. A unique experiment, Story Streams employs high technology and digital cinema to mimic the ancient tradition of oral storytelling.
