[Nettime-bold] [chill] The CommonWealth @party risk advisory. 

Ted,

   Thank you for your mail with respect to sending attachments to
Nettime. However, the CommonWealth @party risk advisory is mailed
in the interests of the public, to raise awareness in Nettime
and elsewhere that Homeland Security (HS) and their right wing 
Cheerleaders are not the only people defining risk and threat
at this time.

   In place of governmental paranoia, in place of mass hysteria,
in place of permitting Terrorism to set the agenda in peoples lives
I suggest we seriously consider the benefits of the Commonwealth 
party attitude.
