Dear Sir,

I am Mr. John Motumba , the first son of the former Zaire Defence Adviser to late President Laurent Kabila, former ruler of my 
Country Zaire (which has been renamed the Democratic Republic of Congo)D.R.C,.Your contact reached us through a friend of 
my late father , late Mr George Collin, a consultant, who died who died of plane crash last year July in  Germany when a russian 
plane collided with a Boeing 757 Cargo Plane.May his soul rest in perfect peace. 

My father was among the 30 people sentenced to death on the 8th of january this year by a military court along side with Colonel 
Eddy Kapeng who was aide-de-camp to late President Kabila for alleged role in the assasination of President Laurent-Desir 
Kabila in 16th January,2001.The late President was shot by one of his guards then.My father is innocent of this crime,though 
the young President now,Joseph Kabila who succeded his father had a personality clash with my father not long before the 
assasination of Laurent Kabila his father,because Joseph Kabila was abusing some rights given to him because of the 
position of the father as the head of state.If you are conversant with the international media
(eg.www.cnn.com,www.africaonline.com e.t.c) you must have heard that the trial was unfair.The defendants were not able to 
meet their lawyers.Even the Amnesty International(an international human right organisation) said"The defendants clearly did 
not receive a fair trial, and to execute them in this circumstance would be in violation of the international covenant on civil and 
political rights which the D.R.C  Is  a state part".

I was the custodian of some of my mother's financial dealings after the apprehention and detention of my father.With this 
situation at hand,the Government of President Joseph Kabila  renewed interest to track down all his assets, both local and 
foreign accounts was frozen for accused for murder and embezzlement of fund . As a matter fact, my father was directly in 
charge of negotiation, payment an
revolutional front and made payment 
to the ammunition suppliers in cash.

This might sound strange to you but bear in mind  that our current predicament has made it so that I contact you at once 
because we  need your assistance or a trustworthy personality in your ( if you cannot handle it alone) in your country whom you 
can collaborate with inorder to claim a huge amount of money already stashed away to a Security Firm abroad by my sick 
mother, who is presently sick now, because she has a stroke. That fund is the only inheritance or fortune we have.We are now 
being meant to suffer for what our late father was involved in.

However, the security company is not aware of the content of the trunk box except an officer in the security company whom 
through his professional advise and help my mother was able to move this fund through a diplomatic channel in  a trunk box, in 
disguise as personal valuables. Only an oversea TRUSTEE from your country can claim this consignment ( money in disguise) 
whom I will release the CODES on the time of deposit and cannot be claimed by anybody with the name "Motumba'. For security 
reasons I cannot disclose the country where the money is, though I will explain further details upon your response. 

What I need from you, is your full name and address. There is no risk whatsoever and we are willing to give you a good 
percentage to you , for your kind help and assistance. Your terms, advise and suggestion that would benefit our family investing 
this money should be stated. In your reply enclose your private telephone and fax number for futher correspondence, as you 
cannnot contact us now because our telephone line have been bugged and we are under surveillance by the Government. 

In addition, may I once again at this point express the level of confidentiality which this transaction demands considering the
