Based in the heart of Sheffield, Access Space is the UK's first open access *FREE MEDIA LAB*. We use Free Open Source Software (FOSS) and recycled computers to develop creativity, community, skills and resourcefulness. We're a place for skill sharing, artistic endeavour, creative expression and collective knowledge.
The ideal resident will have some experience using technology in creative projects however we are always open to interesting ideas wherever they come from.
The selected applicant will be given an honorarium of £3,400 (to include all fees and travel). There is modest budgets for accommodation and production and the resident can be provided with tech support.
