the motivation of setting up a corporation is not necessarily profit, but the
limitation of liability.
in fact, the main purpose of setting up a corporation is that they limit
liability, is it not?
and by doing that they limit responsibility.
how could a corporation NOT be treated like a human?
(since that is its purpose - to separate the responsibilities from the personal
individual via a similarly empowered entity)
