This insurance inteligence story was incredibly interesting, and I
really enjoyed it.
And it led me to a question: how come that some expected industrial
targets in Serbia were not bombed? There were some factories producing
important military technique, seen as very certain targets, but never
bombed. Was it just good luck with NATO random roulette, or some kind of
insurance deal? Or some other kind of interest?
