No delays. McShane was questioned again and
admitted to most what we wanted to hear so that we
didn't even *need* the witnesses: there existence
made McShane rethink. Afterwards Zenon held a
rather brilliant plea.

I feel dead. Haven't slept last night, and after
having had some wine I can't be as coherent as a
real report demands. We'll take the plane back
home and I'll file the last report asap.

Ruling due in 6 weeks: March 9, 11:00 CET.
