hey, don't know how the current moderators think about it,
but links tend to be outdated soon, so it's not worth much
anymore for the archive, where, for some, nettime is
especially valuable - so i'd ask the moderators to encourage
people to send the full textes (see fair use signature)
until the content industry lawyers write letters, which
they didn't so far right? - maybe just another little difference to 
slashdot...  greetings /p

the reason for not sending out the full text on the list was not so much a
fear of lawyers but to save bandwidth (a common practice on many other
lists). anyway this might be an outdated idea, i don't know. maybe a
better solution would be to offer the possibility to upload files to the
nettime archive.
