<nettime> early Norwegian and other Internet research?

I am interested in knowing more about some of the early research building
the Internet, the work done by the Norwegians and the British and
researchers from other countries that may have been involved in the mid
1970s.

I welcome references to any sources anyone can suggest or to people who
were involved during that period.

Thanks for any help on this?

Best wishes

Ronda
