They didn't do such a great job on this in the course
of the last years. Hence, the illusion that some stars
finance up-and-comers is a mere lie: actually, it's
pretty expensive to force someone into the charts - profit
margins decrease. for simple economic reasons one-hit-wonders
and quick-hitters are not creating astronomic profits any
more. majors have been to focussed on teenagers.

the jobs label do will change drastically, as will
specialization. the process of "making available" will
change. pop industry is dying system.
