<nettime> a huge difference between physical and intellectual property

check out Stanford Law professor Mark Lemley paper on Intellectual
property <http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=582602>. He
argues that there is a huge difference between physical and intellectual
property, and that benefiting from other's intellectual property is
often the best way to form a free and creative society.
