<nettime> students silenced with violence in macedonia

I'm not sure if this is a topic for nettime, but here it goes.

On march 28 2009 a group of architecture students gathered at the
central square in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia to protest about the
government plan to build a new church there. However their protest
didn't last long because a much bigger group of pro-church people,
attacked the students, screaming "traitors"... while the police was
watching and most of the time didn't do anything to stop the violence.
