<nettime> Podcast with Geert Lovink and David Golumbia

If you speak German, I would like to draw your attention to a podcast by
Bavarian public broadcaster Bayerischer Rundfunk. The most recent
programme in the series "Zündfunk Generator" deals with the concept of
Gegenöffentlichkeit, which in German denotes the critical grassrooots
media bringing the news either suppressed or neglected by the mainstream
media. Particular emphasis is put on how the internet has furthered the
concept of Gegenöffentlichkeit recently, including political blogging,
Indymedia, Twitter, and the recent crisis in the aftermath of Iranian
presidential elections. There are interviews with Geert Lovink and David
Golumbia. Please also note the interview with David Golumbia in
Süddeutsche Zeitung, which is also available online.
