Re: <nettime> Google

And there is still sparse mention of US capabilities -- gov, com, edu, org
complicitous -- to engage in what the Chinese are being accused of. Non-CN
cyber spying, disinfo and finger-pointing contracts are bountiful to ping
the giant market and military, to rabbit defenders, to uptick the need for
USG intervention, to advance the Internet threat and protection model.

A few critics are getting traction against the USG-Google "demarch."
But most fools are applauding the front-paging of their beloved cyber
hothouse at the expense of cool learning from the Financial Crimes
Commission. Did the friends of unaccountable, secret cyber-enabled
finance arrange for fatly rich Google's diversion?

What fatuity to think rinky-dink Google can do more than nose tweak
the Chinese unless the USG applies far greater means and methods
to protect its way of dominance.

Google smells like bait, a 13-year-old girl inviting predation.
