<nettime> A Kyoto style protocol for net.freedom


I have written five basic principles that should all-in-all ensure 
Internet freedom. What if those five principles could be transferred into 
a Kyoto style protocol that states could adhere to? I am not smart nor 
well-connected enough to make it happen, but here is the basic idea
