Thanks for sharing, I feel incredibly shocked and desperate  by reading
this article.
I do not think anyone has an idea that this kind of things is happening,
Justice system is using private closed source software to assess one's
criminal behavior. And the company running it does not wish to disclose
the basis of its calculation as the algorithm itself is proprietary,
meaning that the reason of the assessment are not evaluated.

This simply cannot be tolerated in a democratic system and pro-publica
study should be shared among all our networks.
