No, it did (see rep in The Guardian), but feebly, largely apportionating the blame on the Generalitat. Meanwhile prosecution of the chief of the Mossos d'Esquadra (Cat. Police) and other officials is likely to be pursued. and the Spanish State´s police and para-milataries (Guardia Civil) are still out in numbers, seen for what they are: an occupation force.
