nettime: Munich Declaration

Munich Declaration

During last week's conference on Internet and Politics, held in Munich/D by
the Burda Akademie for the Third Millenium, the Munich Declaration was
published, a document suggesting guidelines for German government policies
in relation to new media and electronic networks. The English version can
be found at:

http://akademie3000.de/overview/conf/politics/declaration/e_munch.html

There are also two discussion forums continuing the debates of the
conference, however, most of which is in German.
