- ateliere: Bogdan LYPKHAN [RO], Vitalie SPRÃNCEANÄ [MD] Èi Mariana ÈEREMET [MD], studioBASAR (Alex AXINTE, Tudor ELIAN, Maria OANCEA, Daniela PALIMARIU, Andrei PRIPASU, Cristian STOIAN) [RO], Kinga LENDECZKI [HU], Ewa RUDNICKA, Marlena HAPPACH (Odblokuj) Èi Grzegorz MLYNARSKI (Kwiatkibratki) [PL] program de rezidenÈÄ pentru artiÈti, expoziÈii, evenimente, activitÄÈi: Valeria BARBAS [MD], Ludmila BOUROÈ [MD], Angela CANDU [MD], Maxim CUZMENCO [MD], DuÅan DOBIAÅ (Stanica) [SK], Natalia JURMINSKAYA [MD], Michal HOLY [SK], Marie LUKAÄOVA Èi Jakub ROÄEK [CZ], Ramin MAZUR [MD], Mihai MOLDOVANU [MD], Alina POPA [RO], Ghenadie POPESCU [MD], Mykola RIDNYI Èi Serhiy POPOV (SOSka) cu Taras KAMENNOY [UA], Ion ROÈCA [MD], Alexandra SOÈNICOVA Èi Serghei GOLOVNEA (ADDM) [MD] cu Roman SOLYANIK Èi Ina FALIKOVA [UA], Teatru SpÄlÄtorie [MD], Vladimir US [MD], Anna Witt [AT], Hannes ZEBEDIN [AT] participanÈi la conferinÈÄ: Oleg BREGA [MD], Miljenka BULJEVIÄ [HR], Vasyl CHEREPANYN [UA], Alexei DIMITROV [MD], DuÅan DOBIAÅ (Stanica) [SK], Vasile ERNU [MD/RO], Nora DOROGAN [MD], Mihai GOÈIU [RO], Dmitrii KAVRUK [MD], Petru NEGURÄ [MD], Katarina PAVIÄ [HR], Norbert PETROVICI [RO], Florin POENARU [RO], Eugenia ROÈU [MD], Vitalie SPRÃNCEANÄ [MD], Igor STOKFISZEWSKI [PL], Ion ÈTEFÄNIÈÄ [MD], Ovidiu ÈICHINDELEANU [MD], Vladimir US [MD], VasiluÈa VASILACHE [MD], Vitalii VOZNOI [MD], Agnieszka WISNIEWSKA [PL] contribuÈii: Teodor AJDER [MD], Ion ANDRUÈCEAC [MD], Diana DRAGANOVA [MD], Anatolie JURAVELI [MD], Gaelle MEGE [FR], Anastasia PALII [MD], Diana SANDU [MD], Vlad ZDERCIUC [MD], fanfara din parc cu Anatolie CAZACU Èi locuitorii echipa curatorialÄ: Vitalie SPRÃNCEANÄ, Mariana ÈEREMET, Vladimir US [MD] PROGRAM (11 august - 6 septembrie 2014) âINTRAREAâ ESTE LIBERÄ LA TOATE EVENIMENTELE pentru a consulta programul actualizat vizitaÈi pagina: http://chisineu.wordpress.com/proiecte/ccc-parc-comunitate [4] (programul se va actualiza pe parcurs) PARTENERI PROIECT 4AM â Forum pentru ArhitecturÄ Èi Media, Brno link [5] Centrul pentru ArtÄ ContemporanÄ, ChiÈinÄu [ksa:k] link [6] Clubture link [7] CocoÈul RoÈu link [8] Kwiatkibratki link [9] Odblokuj link [10] Political Critique link [11] studioBASAR link Teatrul SpÄlÄtorie link [12] Visual Culture Research Center link [13] PrimÄria Municipiului ChiÈinÄu link [14] parteneri media: Revista la Plic link [15] Platzforma link [16] PARTENERI SPACES FundaÈia Centrul pentru ArtÄ ContemporanÄ, Kiev link [17] GeoAIR, Tbilisi link [18] Minotaurus Film, Luxembourg link [19] slobodne veze // loose associations, Zagreb link [20] Utopiana.am, Yerevan link [21] Oikodrom, institutul vienez pentru dezvoltare urbanÄ, Viena link [22] SUPORT FINANCIAR Programul Cultural al Parteneriatului Estic link [23] FundaÈia CulturalÄ EuropeanÄ link [24] Institutul Adam Miczkewicz din VarÈovia link Forumul Cultural Austriac link [25] SPONSORI OM LOCAÈII ZPAÈIU (Casa Zemstvei Guberniale) str. In cadrul proiectului SPACES vor fi organizate si desfasurate evenimente artistice participative in spatiul public din cele patru tari. OF AUGUST â 6TH OF SEPTEMBER 2014 CHIÈINÄU How can we make it so that through research, urban planning, architecture, activism, institutional creativity and art, the public spaces from our cities would be more welcoming, more open and more democratic? How could we create/find/promote local institutional solutions to the global processes (neoliberalism, economic globalization) in order to include the residents of Chisinau in a participative process of decision-making regarding the opening of the public spaces for the citizens and the growth of accessibility to various social groups that are constantly excluded? Finally, how could we build resistance in front of economic and political pressure and how could we develop stronger positions for the actors of civil society in their relation with the representatives of power? In the context of the ongoing debate about the radical transformation of the public space in Chisinau under the impact of transition â degradation, privatization, commercialization, politicization â the problem of the quality, accessibility, openness and democratization of public space is especially acute. CHISINAU CIVIC CENTER â peopleâs park project calls into question the situation of public spaces and perspectives for their development. On a more general level, the project invites us to a dialogue on the issue of the public spaces during the period of transition, on common goods and their role in the social organization, and to propose new models for governing these spaces / goods, as well as forms of institutional innovation, through which they can be protected and/or democratized. Beyond the consequences, which the major projects of infrastructure could have for the life of the city, we are concerned by the fate of some smaller spaces that can be found in the districts of the historical center. This yearâs edition of the project will focus mainly on the Park situated at the intersection of Sf. Andrei and Ivan Zaikin streets (http://goo.gl/maps/zl8Pd [3]). Being one of the few green spaces from the historical area, the park is situated on the axis of Boulevard Cantemir, and, although it was projected as early as in the 70ies by Soviet architects, it hasnât been constructed yet. Situated at the edge of the old city (once known as one of the most dangerous districts), characterized by abandonment and decay both from the authorities and the residents, it is threatened to disappear in the shadow of real estate interests. Once rehabilitated, the park could cover some vital needs, which the city residents have, among them children and parents, youth and elderly people. During the period of 11th of August to 6th of September 2014 we invite the community of artists, architects, activists, journalists and researchers from Chisinau and other cities to participate in a program of exhibitions, conferences, art residencies, film screenings, book launches, community work, parties and picnics. In the program of events an emphasis will be put on the involvement of the residents from the area especially, but also of the residents of Chisinau in general. Together we hope to develop a common vision for this park as a public spot accessible and open to all. CHISINAU CIVIC CENTER â peopleâs park project gives continuity to a series of activities started by Oberliht Association several years ago, which included a workshop for mapping the public space, a series of artistic interventions, several sociological researches made by artists and curators, joined later by architects, sociologists, historians and other professional groups interested in urban development, in order to research and intervene in the existing context, determined by inequitable distribution of spaces and resources which characterizes each new post-Soviet state. - workshops: Bogdan LYPKHAN [RO], Vitalie SPRINCEANA [MD] and Mariana SEREMET [MD], studioBASAR (Alex AXINTE, Tudor ELIAN, Maria OANCEA, Daniela PALIMARIU, Andrei PRIPASU, Cristian STOIAN) [RO], Kinga LENDECZKI [HU], Ewa RUDNICKA, Marlena HAPPACH (Odblokuj) and Grzegorz MLYNARSKI (Kwiatkibratki) [PL] artist in residency program program, exhibitions, events and activities: Valeria BARBAS [MD], Ludmila BOUROS [MD], Angela CANDU [MD], Maxim CUZMENCO [MD], Dusan DOBIAS (Stanica) [SK], Natalia JURMINSKAYA [MD], Michal HOLY [SK], Marie LUKACOVA and Jakub ROCEK [CZ], Ramin MAZUR [MD], Mihai MOLDOVANU [MD], Alina POPA [RO], Ghenadie POPESCU [MD], Mykola RIDNYI and Serhiy POPOV (SOSka) / Taras KAMENNOY [UA], Ion ROSCA [MD], Alexandra SOSNICOVA and Serghei GOLOVNEA (ADDM) [MD] / Roman SOLYANIK and Ina FALIKOVA [UA], Spalatorie Theatre [MD], Vladimir US [MD], Anna WITT [AT], Hannes ZEBEDIN [AT] participants in the conference: Oleg BREGA [MD], Miljenka BULJEVIC [HR], Vasyl CHEREPANYN [UA], Alexei DIMITROV [MD], Dusan DOBIAS (Stanica) [SK], Vasile ERNU [MD/RO], Nora DOROGAN [MD], Mihai GOTIU [RO], Dmitrii KAVRUK [MD], Petru NEGURA [MD], Katarina PAVIC [HR], Norbert PETROVICI [RO], Florin POENARU [RO], Eugenia ROSU [MD], Vitalie SPRINCEANA [MD], Igor STOKFISZEWSKI [PL], Ion STEFANITA [MD], Ovidiu ÈICHINDELEANU [MD], Vladimir US [MD], Vasiluta VASILACHE [MD], Vitalii VOZNOI [MD], Agnieszka WISNIEWSKA [PL] contributions: Teodor AJDER [MD], Ion ANDRUSCEAC [MD], Diana DRAGANOVA [MD], Anatolie JURAVELI [MD], Gaelle MEGE [FR], Anastasia PALII [MD], Diana SANDU [MD], Vlad ZDERCIUC [MD], fanfare in the park with Anatolie CAZACU and the inhabitants curatorial team: Vitalie SPRINCEANA, Mariana SEREMET, Vladimir US [MD] PROGRAM (August 11 - September 6, 2014) FREE ENTRY TO ALL EVENTS for the updated program please visit this webpage: http://chisineu.wordpress.com/proiecte/ccc-parc-comunitate [4] (the program will be constantly updated) PROJECT PARTNERS 4AM â Forum for Arhitecture and Media, Brno link [5] Centre for Contemporary Art, Chisinau [ksa:k] link [6] Clubture link [7] CocoÈul RoÈu link [8] Kwiatkibratki link [9] Odblokuj link [10] Political Critique link [11] studioBASAR link [33] Spalatorie Theatre link [12] Visual Culture Research Center link [13] Chisinau Municipality link [14] media parteners: POSTBOX magazine link [15] Platzforma link [16] SPACES PARTNERS FundaÈia Centrul pentru ArtÄ ContemporanÄ, Kiev link [17] GeoAIR, Tbilisi link [18] Minotaurus Film, Luxembourg link [19] slobodne veze // loose associations, Zagreb link [20] Utopiana.am, Yerevan link [21] Oikodrom, institutul vienez pentru dezvoltare urbanÄ, Viena link [22] FINANCIAL SUPPORT Programul Cultural al Parteneriatului Estic link [23] FundaÈia CulturalÄ EuropeanÄ link [24] Institutul Adam Miczkewicz din VarÈovia link [34] Forumul Cultural Austriac link [25] SPONSORS OM LOCATIONS ZPACE (Casa Zemstvei Guberniale) str. The SPACES project is financed by the European Union through the Eastern Partnership Culture Programme. Additionally, it receives support from European Cultural Foundation. SPACES PROJECT (Sustainable Public Areas for Culture in Eastern Countries) assembles artists and cultural workers in four Eastern partner countries, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, who aim at reflecting societal issues in the public realm of their city. It also aims at strengthening the independent art and culture scene. The key word is capacity building â from developing a better standing in negotiations with governmental agencies, to processes of self-learning, increasing contact with civil society audiences, and finding new spaces where art and culture can take place. The core question of the project: How can art and culture regain public space(s) for citizens, especially for young people? SPACES will curate and carry out participatory art events in public spaces in the four countries. Processes of networking, social research and policy debates will accompany the in situ events. A better understanding of the role culture and art can play with regard to public space in post communist spaces, a stronger lobby for the independent scenes, new concepts for cultural governance in the region: these are some of the SPACES results. http://www.spacesproject.net [31] SHARE THIS: Vladimir US CHIOSC | curator http://chiosc.oberliht.com [35] http://zpatiu.wordpress.com/ [26] https://chisinaulcivic.crowdmap.com/ [36] http://chisineu.wordpress.com [37] http://bucuresti68.wordpress.com [38] http://plic.oberliht.com [39] http://www.facebook.com/Oberliht [40] Proiectul CHIOSC este realizat cu suportul financiar al Fundatiei Culturale Europene http://www.eurocult.org [41] -- "Oberliht" Young Artists Association http://oberliht.com [42] tel/fax: + (373 22) 286317 email: vladimir@oberliht.org.md . . . . . . . . . . . https://lists.idash.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/oberlist [43] portal informational pentru arta si cultura din Moldova information gateway for arts and culture from Moldova Links: ------ [1] https://chisineu.files.wordpress.com/2014/08/ccc2014_web.jpg [2] http://chisineu.wordpress.com/proiecte/ccc-parc-comunitate/ [3] http://goo.gl/maps/zl8Pd [4] http://chisineu.wordpress.com/proiecte/ccc-parc-comunitate [5] http://www.forum4am.cz/ [6] http://art.md/ [7] http://www.clubture.org/[8] https://www.facebook.com/pages/Coco%C8%99ul-Ro%C8%99u/224867221027009
