"one fine day" entstand aus dem Zusammentreffen und -arbeiten
an verschiedenen Projekten der internationalen Künstler/innen im
Jahr 2000/01 in New York. Mit der Austellungsreihe wird intendiert, den dort
begonnenen internationalen Diskurs unter den beteiligten Künstler/innen
weiterzuführen und künstlerische Positionen in den verschiedenen Kontexten
und Ländern (der Künstler/innen) vorzustellen. Die erste "one fine day"- Station
präsentiert sich in dem Projektraum "34k"  der interessierten Berliner
Kunstszene und Öffentlichkeit.

The concept of "one fine day" grew out of a background of dialogue and
collaborative exchange between international artists as they worked on
their respective projects in New York during the period 2000-2001. The
exhibition-project was conceived to extend and support the international
discourse among the artists participating, and to present their respective
artistic positions in different countries, thereby engaging their works in
new contexts and with new audiences. The beginning of "one fine day" - will
be presented  at the projectspace 34K in Berlin.
