The Universal No D website is finally up at http://www.nod.cz This is the first phase. The next phase (completed next month) will include a BBS, webcasts, links page and more. please have a look, link to your own sites, send us your links and send us your feedback. 2. Digital Wednesdays This is a new regular event held at No D every wednesday at 19.30. The aim is to cultivate and develop a grassroots e-culture community in Prague and the Czech Republic. Each week there will be informal meetings to look at new developments and projects connected with new media and media activism. Events will include screenings, presentations of projects (websites,cd-roms, exhibitions etc) and discussions in a friendly, low-key environment. Occasionally there will be larger events from 'famous' new media artists in events combined with local artists and organizations: April 25: Rtmark June: Vuk Cosic October: Sadie Plant December: Scanner & Matt Fuller The programme will be posted in advance on the website on the calender page at: http://www.nod.cz/kalendar/kalendar_en.shtml Anybody coming to Prague or passing through is VERY welcome to come and talk about their own work and experiences or just listen to whats going on here. Either let us now in advance or just turn up. The Digital Wednesday project is based on the model of the similar programme held at E-Lab in Riga over the past few years.
