another bound-to-be memorable piece of Flemish-anchored-planet-targeted madness 
yet there's method in it...  some of STEIM's founding grounding figures - 
STEIM immortals Dick Raaijmakers and Steina Vasulka - will grace TOUCH at the 
Frascati theatre, along with a throng of lesser known and downright shamelessly 
unknowns from the ranks of the finest musicians, performers, jugglers, 
astronomers, philosophers, puppeteers, etc.
