Stanley Donwood Retrospective

“Mouthy. Pissed off. Someone I could work with.” Such were Stanley Donwood’s first impressions of Thom Yorke, both then students at the University of Exeter. He was right. Donwood has been responsible for all Radiohead’s album art and promo material since 1994. He now describes himself as having a “calmness”, both as an artist and writer: he’s also been the official artist of Glastonbury and published a number of books. In 2015, Semi Permanent will bring you an immersive retrospective of Donwood’s work.
