[Nettime-bold] Art institutions and html

Its difficult for an artist to realise the paradigm shift that has come
with the freedom and demoracy paradigm, artists want to be payed by the
institutions who link them, they could sell them their servers and maybe
even be linked to a cookie exploiting special banner, saying that the link
is exploitation, Hans Haacke even said, that art should be discxussed in
the round of art experts of the german parlament. "Der deutschen
Bevoelkerung", thats all. Haackes joke is that his works are good
independant of any meaning, the Ludwig piece is good also if you are on
Ludwigs side or a lawyer hacking things for clients like Ludwig.

I think art institutions are allways searching for "material", aka
penissize, to be arranged in their own way. How perfect is html for this.

Max Ernst from Bruehl, viewing on the chateau, wow. The town where this
train from Amsterdam ended in a house....
