that is - do you not find it amusing that Ircam,
an institute supported by the .fr government
grants a monopoly on MAX to a 2 bit California
company which releases updates every 2-3 years
and sabotages developers whose software Ircam distributes +?

i do.

Ircam should NOT grant cycling74 total control over MAX.
simple - that software was developed with public funds.

as has been practically every piece of software that
Cycling74 distributes - including several objekts in MAX
which have been developed at USA universities.

It is more than amusing. It is a CIRCUS.
A publicly funded one.
