Subject: Ms. Albright, the cheerleader for the Islamic Republic of Iran!

Hello, Everyone!

Here we go again. The supporters of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) have
invited Ms. Madeleine Albright, former Secretary of State, to collaborate
with them in their struggle to give a temporary facelift to one of the world
's most inhuman and corrupt governments, the IRI.

While the Iranian people are suffering under the IRI's oppressive and
tyrannical government, certain well-funded individuals and organizations are
doing their best to further legitimize and strengthen this totalitarian and
barbaric government and perhaps worse, welcome it into the world community.
In the process some well-known Americas such as Ms. Albright are supporting
these puppets and their master. Why? To normalize U.S. relations with
Iran, obviously without any regard for the Iranian people's struggle for a
secular and democratic government. As if normalized relations between the
U.S. and Iran will actually help democratize Iran. How ridiculous. These
people should visit U.S. allies such as Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait, to see
how these governments, with support of the U.S., are oppressing their people
every single day.

The issue at hand is not relations between the U.S. and Iran. The key issue
is the support of Ms. Albright and other officials for a government that
supports and promotes terrorism, the Islamic Republic of Iran. Instead of
worrying about the interests of oil companies, Ms. Albright and others
should concentrate first on supporting the freedom-seeking people of Iran
and helping the Iranian people with their worthy cause, namely, establishing
a secular and democratic government. In the long run, the interests of the
oil companies and big business will be served anyway, but with one key
difference: The contacts would be signed with a new government that has the
respect of the Iranian people as well as of the world community.

The IRI, in all its colors and flavors, MUST GO.

The IRI and its infamous smiling president are imprisoning, torturing,
murdering, decapitating, and stoning innocent Iranians who are asking for
basic freedom and basic living standards. Mr. Khatami has continuously named
those who demonstrated for political freedom as a gang of hooligans, his
reason for imprisoning, torturing, and slaughtering them without compassion.

As a result, organizations that work directly for and with the IRI and
benefit from what remains of the Pahlavi Foundation (now called the Alavi
Foundation) funds in the U.S. are, despite their illustrious members,
nothing but servants for a corrupt government.

Any action that further legitimizes and strengthens the fascist IRI
government is condemned by the Iranian people, today, tomorrow, forever.
History has proven over and over again that all totalitarian governments are
eventually condemned and that freedom-seeking people will eventually
prevail. And history has also shown that collaborating with such dark forces
is only a short-term gain for the corrupt.

P.S. P.S. Islamic Iran has its reformist wing and its conservative wing. Two
wings, just like any other vulture.

To Ms. Madeleine K. Albright Š

³You Got Your HeadlinesŠ Now Get a Conscience!²

By Farhad Mafie

December 2001

Ms. Albright, while you are being entertained by the major oil companies and
the puppets serving the Islamic Republic of Iran (and benefiting from the
Pahlavi Foundationıs funds in the U.S.) and while you are running around
acting as a cheerleader for the IRI and its infamous smiling
president, millions of Iranians are suffering under one of the worst
governments that mankind has ever experienced.

Ms. Albright, as you know, your cooperation with and support for the Islamic
Republic of Iran only strengthen an oppressive and tyrannical government.

Ms. Albright, does this matter to you? Do you care? Have you already
forgotten September 11th?

Ms. Albright, why are you supporting a system that for the last 22 years has
been the worldıs most active terrorist government internationally? I do
understand that gas and oil contracts are very important to you and your
oily friends. But surely you have heard about New York City, so surely
you know that terrorism no longer discriminates Š its effects are no longer
limited to third world countries.

Ms. Albright, while you and your hosts are running around trying to sell and
justify an antediluvian system, your dear friend Mr. Khatami is imprisoning,
torturing, murdering, decapitating, and stoning innocent Iranians who are
asking for basic freedom and basic living standards.

Does this matter to you? Do you care?

Ms. Albright, while you and your hosts are discussing how to promote Mr.
Khatamiıs dog-andpony show called Dialogue Among Civilizations, Mr. Khatami
is arresting, torturing, and killing Iranian students, writers, journalists,
and whoever else tries to stop the inhumanity. His ³dialogue² is actually a
one-sided monologue once you enter his Islamic Iran!

Try it if you have the guts. Ask some of your sophisticated hosts why they
donıt live in Iran!

Ms. Albright, while you and your hosts are being fed at these fancy events,
Iranian workers are committing suicide just to bring attention to the
thousands of Iranian workers who have not been paid for months and are
therefore starving, suffering for basic needs.

Ms. Albright, what the Iranian people need is your support for their basic
rights, not your support for their enemies, for the people who cause their
misery.

Ms. Albright, history has shown over and over again that people seeking
freedom will eventually prevail.

Ms. Albright, you do have a choice. You can live with dignity and support
the freedom-seeking people of Iran, or you can continue serving big business
and closing your eyes to the Islamic Republic of Iranıs inhuman acts against
the Iranian people.

Ms. Albright, you do have a choice. And hopefully a conscience.
