<nettime> Totalitarianism Australian style


Further to the mail of rcollins@netlink.com.au posted on nettime, August
4, 2000. 

Here is the legislation that the Australian government wants to pass
through the senate to allow the defence force to act as police and kill
people, not only if they pose a threat, but even if they try to flee from
capture (see Division 4 [3]).

This is outright authoritarianism and must be stopped.
