For some years now, there has been a very successful international day of
protest against video surveillance, every year on December 24th.

A large number of folks in Florida will be wearing ski masks on December 24th
to protest the face recognition systems there.

Additionally, there will be the shootback effort, in which Global Accountability
Theatre will, once again, take aim at the surveillance cameras.

It would be great to have the Surveillance Camera Players
act out a play/theatre entitled "ShootingBack" on December 24th.

World Subjectrights Day (also known as Global Accountability Day, or
Global Accountability Theatre) is described in

A number of sites such as the U.K. site for the international day of
protest against video surveillance http://www.spy.org.uk/shootback.htm
have been participating since 1998, and various other sites are popping up
around the world (Florida is going to be a big participant this year
with all the face recognition talk there).

Perhaps sites in Arizona, Bologna, Lithuania, etc., would help the effort.
