John Young has the backing of the 'pope of Marxism'. In his critique of 
Lenin's dictatorship, Karl Kautsky says that one of the many reasons that 
socialists are advocates of electoral democracy is because - when they go 
canvassing for votes - they'd find out what people really think rather 
than what leftie intellectuals claimed that they were thinking...
