I want a C&D, too! we, actually, should do anything to achieve our own C&D from FB. why don't we.. what.. let's say, write a nice letter to FB's lawyers requesting our own C&D letter, for various reasons. let's say a couple thousands of them... oh, I think i can get at least 2 of them, as i clearly remember, once, that my girlfriend once called me up on the phone asking me to check if she received a response to a FB message. I clearly remember asking her "can you give me your login and password, so that i can login?" yes, i guess i'll ask for 2 C&Ds xDxD

I was thinking more about an application like Tweetdeck, which collects your
login information so as to retrieve your FB news feed and post to your FB
wall. If collection of login info is the tack they're taking, there are a
number of apps used by a lot of people that should receive C&D
notifications.
