I monitor the Usenet group which administers the new group process and I 
have not seen anything this year that indicates that the process has 
begun again for this group. This white-power music group has been 
attempted in the past, last year I believe, but it does not appear to be 
happening at this time. I suspect that this notice is turning into a Craig 
Shergold virus which keeps circulating long after the danger is over.
