Internship Economies of the Commons 3 conference with research opportunities

The Images for the Future consortium (Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision, Nationaal Archief (National Archives of The Netherlands), Eye Film Institute Netherlands, and Kennisland Foundation - http://imagesforthefuture.com/en/) is currently preparing the third Economies of the Commons conference on the future of public archives in the digital era (www.ecommons.eu). Economies of the Commons 3 will take place on October 11 & 12, 2012 at the spectacular new building of EYE Film Institute Netherlands in Amsterdam.

In the frame of the preparations for this conference an internship is available, starting from middle August 2012 till the end of the year. This internship can be extended and combined with further research opportunities as part of a European research project closely aligned with the themes of the eCommons3 conference, called "Creativity: innovative models of production and access". This research project is conducted with partners from Barcelona, Vienna and Athens and in collaboration with the international Free Culture Forum.

The placement of this internship is at Kennisland Foundation (Stichting Kennisland) in Amsterdam, the co-ordinator of both projects.
