founding, which can also be an act of self-founding.
Are institutions necessarily bureaucratic bodies?
When does an institution become a bureaucracy-does it
have to do with the size of its organization, the
duration of its existence?

What are the relations between autonomous institutions
and funding sources, sponsorship, governmental
