Syndicate: a request

dear all and especially those in yugoslavia,
can anybody help me with the names, contacts of the group of 
artists from novi sad who are among other things the authors of a 
stamp united artists under sanction/welcome to the system/dobro 
doshli do sistem? if i'm not wrong this stamp was produced in 1999 
during nato bombing. i myself met them in budapest but as i 
commute between several countries i seem to have lost all their 
contacts.
