various people are making their way to Tirana this week to attend the
Permanent Instability exhibition, organised by Edi Muka. Edi has been seen
travelling in the region in the last weeks, and has probably drawn together
an exciting collection of recent media art.

we'll be looking forward to the play-list and reports from the visitors.
