[some of the messages forwarded to the syndicate recently have originated
from the zamir-chat-list which is a very good forum for discussion by
people in the balkan region and beyond. -a]

About ZAMIR-CHAT-L

There are three different addresses associated with zamir-chat-l:

The LIST ARCHIVES on the web: http://lists.igc.org/archives/zamir-chat-l.html

The LIST address: ZAMIR-CHAT-L@LISTS.IGC.ORG  This is where you send mail
that you want to be read by all those subscribed to the list.

The COMMAND address: LISTSERV@LISTS.IGC.ORG  This is where you send commands
to change your subscriber options, sign off from the list, etc.

When sending messages to the LIST ADDRESS (or to the web interface), please
keep the following in mind:

Maximum 300 lines (about 25K) per message.

Please also make sure that your messages:
   - do NOT contain HTML code or long signatures
   - are written in ASCII text with no Rich text formatting tags
   - avoid attachments whenever possible, and no attachments more than 30K
   - if you do need to include an attachment, describe its contents in the
body of your message.

If we abide by these rules as much as possible, more of our readers will be
able to participate in the discussions.

Please include copies of any error messages that you receive.

your message (not the subject line), write: SIGNOFF ZAMIR-CHAT-L

* TO JOIN THE LIST - Write to LISTSERV@LISTS.IGC.ORG and, in the text of
your message (not the subject line), write: SUBSCRIBE ZAMIR-CHAT-L  <your
full name>

* FOR MORE INFORMATION - Write to LISTSERV@LISTS.IGC.ORG and, in the text of
your message (not the subject line),  write: "HELP" or  "INFO" (without the
quotes).  HELP will give you a  short help message and  INFO a list of the
documents you can order.
