HTBA launch their new building with University of Lincolnshire & 
Humberside - 6pm, Friday 22nd October.
SOFA TALKS - Sunday 24th October
Discussion group led by University of Lincolnshire & Humberside - Phonic Art
Artists, programmers, publishers discuss  their work, and what it 
means to be 'totally out of tune'.
FILM PROGRAMME
Co-ordinated by ROb Gawthrop with Hull Scren Cinema, including:
'From Web to Video' - Peter Zorn presents 5 years of EMARE art work, 
with Jeff Instone.
'Totally Out' - a programme of identity and relationship presented 
by Rob Gawthrop
'Heavy Rotation' - Film and Video Umbrella nad Onedotzero bring 
together vibrant digital image making of young film makers and 
graphic designers.
'Of Tune' - new international work - programmed by Rob Gawthrop
'Lucky PeopleCentre Show'- a jounrey across the world.

DJ's / VINYLS/ POINT OF SALE
Pelicanneck Records - Manchsters leading indeependent sound traders.
SND - a specially commissioned vinyl for TOOT from previously 
unrecorded and some more well known 'pseudo -nyms'.
Chris Gladwin, Alex Peverett, et al - regional DJ's bring their 
sounds to TOOT.
Spine - Hull's art- fanzine host publications stand.

Festival pass for four days £5 / £10
Some concerts, screenings and club nights carry an additional charge.
