Is there something that can be heard from citizens of
the ten countries who voted 'yes'? 

I've only heard from Chirac directly - nothing from
the heads of states in the major countries. 

Are those voting 'no' holding out a bit until Turkey
is resolved?

What news from the street of Brussels? 

These things would be interesting to me...
