<nettime> Release of Andrej Holm ('German arrests') |
---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Policing Crowds <policing.crowds@gmail.com> Date: 22 Aug 2007 17:07:36 -0000 Subject: NEWS: Andrej has been released from prison! To: pelintan@gmail.com Dear all, Andrej has been released from prison this afternoon. That does not mean charges have been dropped and none of the others has been released either. The Bundesstaatsanwaltschaft (Federal Prosecutor) is not happy about this and tries to put him back into prison. This is just a quick note to let you know and thank you all for your commitment. All we know at the moment is that Andrej is released on bail and conditions. There will be more on this page: http://www.policing-crowds.org/index.php?RDCT=21b1be8c41d011e043d4 There are still the charges, damages to reputation and §129a .... so please continue to ask other people to sign the petition. Solidarity / Your friends from Berlin PS: Please direct all replies to this email to einstellung@so36.net since that is the official address. Don't send any emails to policing.crowds@gmail.com, this is just a big data dump we use for sending and other administrative purposes. ----- End forwarded message ---- - # distributed via <nettime>: no commercial use without permission # <nettime> is a moderated mailing list for net criticism, # collaborative text filtering and cultural politics of the nets # more info: majordomo@kein.org and "info nettime-l" in the msg body # archive: http://www.nettime.org contact: nettime@kein.org
