I think I am going to report myself myself as such. May be more people
would like to join. Another funny scheme is to apply en-masse for
denaturalisation and becoming stateless persons. Stateless persons are a
major headache to governements, especially 'good governance' governments.
They become administrative zombies. The system does not like zombies.
