nettime: Singapore

Several years ago I began corresponding with Peng Hwa Ang, a
lecturer at the Natl. Univ. of Singapore in communications. He
had found a paper I had written in 1993 called "Protection and
the Internet"

Ang was doing a study for the National Computer Board on the Internet
and how to control it.  His public paper was given at the 1995
Internet Society in Honolulu, and I recommend people take a look at
it: <http://www.isoc.org/HMP/PAPER/132/txt/paper.txt>  It's called
"Censorship and Internet: a Singapore Perspective"
