                BRAINWAVE PROJECT

Seeking to push the boundaries of dialogue on the Internet,  four leading
World Wide Web sites have joined forces to explore some of the major issues
confronting the Web and its relationship to society.

Translation:
As an exercise in self promotion, four quite interesting Web sites are
collaborating to rehash some tired debates confronting Americans and
their relations to each other.
